The final cost of your site will depend on how many pages you are going to have, the type of graphics involved, the development involved, how interactive your site will be etc. You also need to think about web hosting and domain name registration. As prices vary from client to client, we strongly encourage you to get in touch with us. Kindly leave your email address with us and we will get back to you same day.

A.5. Again, this is based on a number of factors. The complexity of your site, its size, and our current schedule all play a role in the duration of development. Our designers are the best in the industry and would not just satisfy you, but rather delight you. For an estimate time-frame for the website development, we will hold a design meeting with you and/or your staff, and produce a formal proposal within two working days. However, most websites take approximately two weeks to deliver, with on-going changes as required by changing circumstances.

A.10. Making a successful website is synonymous with making it unique and original. We will assist you in this process. We will create most of the graphics you need, should you require us to do so. A.13. Over the life-cycle of the project you will be able to view progress on the website online. An excess of design changes can cause project over-runs and may incur increased fees.

A.14. You can track progress on your website design by previewing it online on our test servers. In addition, you can see a more formal progess report by logging into our project management system, where you can see progress statistics and the project tasks outstanding, with expected time to completion.

A.15. The first phase, the design phase, starts with the design meeting between our design team and your staff. Following on that meeting, we will submit a design proposal to you with colour scheme, general layout, and content sources. It wil also outline the functional specification of the system - how the system will interact with your staff and visitors to the site. Following approval of the design and any minor design changes, we will produce a working prototype, which is viewable by you on our design servers. As major content is added or design changes implemented, you will be notified by email. As the project develops, we will have a final design meeting to approve any last minute changes, and demonstrate the usability features of the site. Finally after a rigorous testing programme, the website is activated and viewable by the public.
Q.16. Who will be my point of contact at website development stage?
A.16. At project initiation, a project executive would be assigned to the project who will be your single point of contact and will communicate with you via our project management area. A.18. The project quote depends upon the project scope. A fixed project quote is generally provided for a well defined project scope. We also offer our services on hourly basis. The benefit of using the hourly rate model is that the restriction to the iterations and project scope is not necessary and you pay exactly for the number of hours worked. However, the fixed price quotation is a very safe methodology for our clients as it guarantees their capital outlay.
Q.19. Can I come back to you after few months of website development for additional work?
A.19. It's a good idea to update your website periodically. This brings in fresh visitors as well as repeat traffic. Monthly features, seasonal promotions, new product lines or special sales are all effective ways to engage the interest of your target market. We offer maintenance services for weekly, monthly, or on-demand changes to your web site at very reasonable reprogramming fees and with very quick turnaround time.
Q.20. How do you accept payment?
A.20. We accept payment via Cash, Cheque, Credit Card, PayPal and Bank Transfer.
Q.21. Do I need to make any advance payment?
A.21. Our payment terms are 50% in advance on accptance of the inital design proposal. The remaining 50% is payable, after project completion, before delivering the final files to you. For project values in excess of € 2,000, we have a variable payment structure, with payments based upon project milestones.
Q.22. Will you refund the money if I am not happy with the end product?
A.22. You can be assured such a situation should not arise as we show all the updates on our test servers and invite your approval/feedback at each step. This ensures the final product takes shape as per our design proposal and your own expectations.
